Building MSJ Intelligence: Foundation Engagement Proposal
MSJ Intelligence is an organisational intelligence platform designed to connect the systems MSJ already uses into a single source of operational understanding. Rather than replacing Jonas Premier, FastField, Monday.com, Microsoft 365 or Dropbox, the platform brings information together through a central Knowledge Layer, enabling project search, AI-assisted reporting, executive dashboards and workflow automation. The proposed six-week Foundation Engagement combines business discovery with continuous software development. Each week includes a Studio Session, Site Shadow and software release, ensuring the platform evolves around the way MSJ actually operates rather than a predefined list of features. By the end of the engagement, MSJ will have an operational intelligence platform, connected business systems, a foundation for future automation, and a roadmap for ongoing innovation through a long-term partnership.
